2.4. Public Elements
A pseudonym, avatar, rating, review, and other information that a feature expressly identifies as public may be visible to Consultants, other Users, or visitors to the relevant page. Private messages and Consultation materials do not become public merely because the User uses Dalisy. Do not post in a public profile or review any information that you do not want to disclose to others.
2.5. Purchase and Balance Data
We may receive transaction ID, amount, currency, time, Payment Provider, purchase or refund status, and balance and payment history within Dalisy. IP address, device type, operating system, application version, language and application or device identifiers; approximate location determined by the IP address; Dalisy does not request accurate GPS geolocation unless shown separately to the User; in-app actions, screens viewed, clicks, installation source, advertising campaign, diagnostic data, crash reports and performance; technical logs showing the start and end of a Consultation, the applicable rate, duration, and Balance transactions.
2.7. Communications and Security
We may process email, push tokens, notification settings, delivery and interaction data, and information concerning suspicious transactions, multiple related Accounts, suspensions, complaints, consents, and actions needed to protect the Service.
3. How We Obtain Data
directly from the User during registration, use of features, communications with a Consultant, and contacts with support; automatically from the application, site and device; from Apple, Google, and another Payment Provider or login provider selected by the User; from Consultants and support services in connection with service delivery, a complaint, or review of a possible violation; from hosting, analytics, attribution, advertising, security and fraud prevention providers.
4. How We Use Data

5. Consultants and confidentiality of Consultations
The selected or assigned Consultant receives the messages, materials, and limited profile information necessary for the Consultation. The Consultant does not receive the User’s full payment details. NovaApp may access messages and related materials to the extent necessary to provide support, review a complaint or Satisfaction Guarantee request, maintain security, prevent fraud, enforce rules, or comply with law. Such access does not mean that every Consultation is continuously reviewed by a person.
6. Palm Images and Automated Features
For the AI palm-reading feature, the User independently uploads or creates a palm image. The image, related technical data, request, and generated result are processed to produce the result, maintain security, correct technical errors, and review a User request. Dalisy does not use a palm image to establish or confirm the identity of the User and does not create a template for biometric identification on its basis. The image may, however, be personal information and is processed in accordance with this Policy. Automated results are created by software and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are used for entertainment and personalization and do not make decisions that create legal or similarly significant consequences for the User. NovaApp does not permit AI providers to use private messages or palm images to train their publicly available models unless the User is given separate advance notice and any required permission is obtained.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
On Dalisy-related websites and online features, NovaApp and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, web beacons, tags, local storage, app or device identifiers, and advertising-attribution technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”). Cookies are small files or records that a website stores in a browser or on a device. In the mobile app, identifiers and embedded technologies may perform similar functions even when ordinary browser cookies are not used.
7.1. Technologies We Use
strictly necessary—support login, security, session maintenance, core features, and fraud prevention; without them, some features may not function; functional – remember the language, settings, user choice and other preferences; analytical and diagnostic – help count visits and installations, understand function use, identify errors and improve performance; advertising and attribution—help identify the installation source, measure campaigns, limit repeated ads, and, where permitted, display or measure more relevant advertising; pixels and similar technologies in emails—help determine delivery and interaction with a message where permitted by law and User settings.
7.2. Analytics, Attribution, and Advertising
Dalisy may use analytics and advertising attribution tools, including Meta Platforms and AppsFlyer services, to understand the source of the installation, measure advertising campaigns, prevent fraud and improve the application. Depending on settings and applicable law, those providers may receive app or device identifiers, IP address, campaign information, and limited usage events. If NovaApp uses a legally permitted audience-matching feature or server-side transmission of advertising events, an email or other identifier may be transmitted in hashed form for matching, attribution, and advertising measurement. Hashing does not make the data anonymous for legal purposes. Private Consultation content, sensitive topics, and palm images are not shared with advertising partners for personalized advertising. If applicable law treats a particular transfer as a “sale,” “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising,” or targeted advertising, the User may opt out through [DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION LINK/SETTING] or at legal@novaapp.digital. NovaApp honors legally recognized opt-out signals where required.
7.3. Choices and Controls
The User may manage cookies through [COOKIE SETTINGS LINK] on the website and through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make part of the website or Service unavailable. Mobile-device settings and system permissions may limit advertising tracking and access to particular identifiers. When required by applicable law, NovaApp honors supported browser- or device-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. After opting out, the User may continue to see ordinary advertising that is not based on tracking prohibited by the opt-out. Some browsers also transmit a Do Not Track ("DNT") signal for which there is no industry standard for response. Dalisy does not currently change data processing based on the DNT signal alone. This does not limit Global Privacy Control and other legally binding opt-out signals that NovaApp considers in cases required by law.
8. How We Disclose Data
Consultants – only to the extent necessary for the selected Consultation; Apple, Google, and other Payment Providers—to process purchases and refunds, verify transactions, and comply with their rules; hosting, storage, AI processing, support, email and push notifications, analytics, attribution, security and fraud prevention providers – to perform services for NovaApp; lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers and other professional consultants; government authorities, courts, and parties to legal proceedings where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or security or prevent violations; a buyer, successor or party to a corporate transaction in a merger, sale of assets, reorganization or similar event with applicable safeguards; other persons at the direction or with the permission of the User. Providers access personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant NovaApp services. NovaApp takes reasonable steps to select providers capable of providing adequate data protection and uses contractual and other protections provided for by applicable law.
9. Sale of personal information
NovaApp does not sell personal information for money. Individual transfers to advertising and analytics providers may fall under the expanded definitions of “sale” or “sharing” in individual state laws; the respective opt-out rights are described in Section 7.
10. Retention Periods
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. In determining the period, we consider the duration of the Account, the nature of the feature and data, the need for support, security and fraud prevention, mandatory accounting and tax records, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements. Closing an Account does not immediately delete every record. NovaApp may retain limited data needed to complete a transaction, comply with law, document previously granted consent, prevent recurring fraud, and resolve a dispute. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted, deidentified, or isolated from ordinary use. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten. During that period, the data is not used in ordinary operations and is restored only when necessary for disaster recovery; after restoration, it remains subject to applicable deletion requests unless law permits further retention. The original palm image is retained only for the period needed to generate the result, make the feature available to the User, correct a technical error, or review a request, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law or justified security needs. If NovaApp receives a claim, chargeback, court request, notice of a possible lawsuit, or otherwise reasonably anticipates a dispute, related messages, images, logs, and payment records may be placed in a restricted archive and retained until the dispute is finally resolved and applicable limitation periods expire. This data is not used for marketing, personalization, or ordinary Service delivery.
11. User Choices
Account data can be corrected in the available settings or through support; push notifications can be disabled in device or application settings; the User may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message; service messages needed for an Account or transaction may continue; Device permissions, including camera or photo access, can be changed in device settings; a separate feature may stop working without the necessary permission. You can delete your account via [ACCOUNT DELETION SETTING] or by contacting support@dalisy.net.
12. User Rights
Depending on the User’s place of residence and whether the relevant law applies, the User may have the right to: learn categories and obtain a copy of personal data; Correct inaccurate data; request deletion of data subject to statutory exceptions; receive a portable copy of the data provided; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit the separate use of sensitive personal information; opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects; Dalisy does not engage in such profiling; not be discriminated against for exercising a right in good faith; appeal a denial of a request, where applicable law provides that right. These rights are not absolute. NovaApp may retain data or deny a request where permitted by law, including for security, performance of a contract, accounting, legal compliance, protection of NovaApp’s rights, or protection of another person’s rights.
13. Additional Information for California Residents
This section applies to the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA”) applies to NovaApp and related processing. In the previous 12 months, NovaApp may have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: identifiers – name, pseudonym, email, user name, Account ID, IP address, device and application identifiers; categories described in the California Customer Records statute—contact information and limited transaction information; NovaApp does not receive the full payment-card number where it is processed by a Payment Provider; Characteristics of protected classifications, such as age, gender, religious beliefs or sexual orientation, only if the User voluntarily communicates them in a message or material; commercial information—purchases, Balance, service-payment history, refunds, and use of promotions; Internet and network activity – use of the application, interaction with functions or advertising, IP address, logs and diagnostic data; approximate location data derived from the IP address; audiovisual and sensory information – avatar, photos, palm images and other uploaded images; inferences and preferences—selected topics, interests, personalization results, and inferred preferences; message content—private messages with Consultants and support; sensitive personal information—only where the User voluntarily includes it in a private Consultation or where it is needed for security, Account login, or legal compliance. NovaApp collects and uses these categories for the purposes described in Section 4, obtains them from the sources described in Section 3, and discloses them to the recipient categories specified in Section 8. NovaApp does not use sensitive personal information to determine the User’s eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance or other legally significant opportunity. NovaApp does not sell personal information for money and does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of persons under 16. Transfers of identifiers and limited usage data to Meta Platforms, AppsFlyer, or other advertising and analytics partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. The User may opt out as described in Section 7. For business purposes, NovaApp may disclose the listed categories to Consultants and Service Providers, Payment Providers, Analytics and Attribution Providers, Professional Consultants, Government Authorities, and Enterprise Transaction Participants in accordance with Section 8. A California resident may request information about collected data and its sources, purposes, and recipients; access specific data; request correction or deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive protection from discrimination. NovaApp does not offer a financial incentive for personal information unless the terms of such a program are disclosed in advance. Dalisy does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
15. How to Submit a Request
A request may be submitted to legal@novaapp.digital or through [https://dalisy.net/contact-us]. Include the Account email and the requested action. Do not send a password or full payment details. NovaApp may request reasonable verification of identity and authority over the Account. An authorized agent must verify their authority, and NovaApp may request direct confirmation from the User. An appeal of a denial may be submitted through the same method with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” NovaApp responds to verified requests within the time required by applicable law. If the law permits an extension, NovaApp will notify the User of the extension and the reason for it. If a request is denied in whole or in part, NovaApp will explain the basis for the denial and any available process for appeal or submission to a supervisory authority, where required.
16. Information You Should Not Send
Do not send through Dalisy passwords, full payment details, government-issued identification numbers, credentials for another person’s Account, precise geolocation, or another person’s personal data without a legal basis. Personal information voluntarily provided during a Consultation is not required profile information. If the User does not wish to disclose information about themselves, they should not provide it.
17. Children
Dalisy is intended exclusively for persons 18 years of age or older. NovaApp does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If NovaApp receives a substantiated notice that a minor provided data, the Company may block the Account and delete the data subject to legal and security requirements. A notice may be sent to legal@novaapp.digital.
18. Security
NovaApp applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data in light of its nature and risk. However, no Internet storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. The User must protect their password, device, and Account access and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

The laws of those countries may differ from the laws where the User is located. NovaApp uses contractual and other safeguards required by applicable law.
20. Third-Party Services
Dalisy may contain links to third-party websites or use services from Apple, Google, and other providers. Their independent data processing is governed by their own policies. NovaApp does not control those third parties’ independent actions but describes in this Policy the data disclosures made by NovaApp.
21. Changes to This Policy
NovaApp may update this Policy when features, technologies, providers, or laws change. The Effective Date of the current version appears at the beginning of the document. NovaApp will provide notice of a material change in a manner appropriate to the nature of the change, for example through the app or by email. A change does not give NovaApp the right to use previously collected data in a materially incompatible manner without notice or consent where required by law.
